The FSWCD agrees to:  Assist the cooperator in carrying out a conservation plan by providing:

• Information
• Available equipment
• Technical assistance and supervision 

The Cooperator agrees to:  Develop and follow a feasible conservation plan for his/her land:

• Manage his/her land in keeping with its needs and capabilities.
• Utilize information, technical assistance and equipment provided by the district for the purpose and manner for which it was intended.
• Follow the agreed to conservation plan to the best of his/her ability.

Joint Agreement:  This agreement becomes effective on the date of the last signature and may be terminated by either party, or modified by mutual agreement of both parties.  The provisions of this agreement are understood by the cooperator and the district, and neither shall be liable for damage on the other’s property resulting from carrying out this agreement, unless such damage is caused by negligence or misconduct.
