JDU features ballet for students of all ages and levels of ability. We also currently offer classes in Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Ballroom, Studies in Movement, and Creative Movement. We hope to see you soon at Juneau's premiere dance studio.

JDU also conducts workshops throughout the year with guest artists and offers a Summer Fine Arts Camp during the month of June.

NOW TAKING REGISTRATIONS FOR FALL 2009 SEMESTER CLASSES
The new Fall 2009 semester class schedule and tuition information are now available. Registrations are being accepted on a first come, first served basis. Each class is limited to 15 students. New students are encouraged to join us. And, we look forward to seeing our returning students too! Classes will begin September 8 and continue through December 20. Come dance with us!

AFRO-CUBAN DANCE INSTRUCTION
Instructor Antonio Diaz teaches Afro-Cuban dance each Saturday night, 5-6:30 p.m. through July 11 (no class on July 4) at the JDU Dance Studio. This class is designed to work on body isolation, while learning to dance to the Afro-Cuban rhythm of the “clave”, and having fun with the music. This is a non-partner dance and focuses on helping students with their rhythm in Latin dance style while having a great workout. The cost is $10 per class and drop-ins are welcomed…pre-registration is not required. Students age 14 through adult, all levels of ability, are invited to participate!

Papa Murphy’s Pizza has agreed to donate $3 per regular priced pizza ALL day on the 4th Sunday of every month. JDU students will be helping at the pizza parlor on those Sundays. Please support JDU and your pizza cravings by buying Papa Murphy’s pizza (or several) every 4th Sunday of the month and come say hi to our JDU students!
