Hound Express *20 minute walk & potty break	Ideal for puppies under 6 months, elderly, small or just plain lazy hounds!	$20
Mid-Day Hound *30 minute walk in your neighborhood, local dog park or trail	Great for all hounds!	$25
Hiking Hounds *45-60 minute hike on park trail	Energetic hounds over 1 year! May be in a group - max. # is 3 dogs/hike.	$30
Evening Hound Run *30-45 minute run on park trail	Hounds that love to run. Must be over 2 years old. May be in a group - max. # is 2 dogs/run. Service available in summer/fall only. May-Sept only.	$30

*All services include….walk, play, water, treats, drop off/pick up as appropriate, clean up and lots of TLC! On his or her walk, your hound will be accompanied by a dog walker serving to keep your dog comfortable and safe (away from fast-riding cyclists, yucky garbage, etc), adequately exercised and hydrated. While walking we scoop the poop with biodegradable bags. After the walk we'll make sure there is fresh water at home, give a treat (sometimes homemade!), clean up as needed and leave an activity note.

For everyone's safety we do require that your hound have some basic manners. He or she must be up-to-date with vaccinations, socialized, able to obey general commands such as "come and sit", and can walk on leash without violent pulling.

Hound Taxi	Vet appt? Date with the groomer? Going to a boarding facility? No problem! We can deliver your hound. You'll just need to make arrangements with your service provider (vet, groomer, etc) for payment in advance. Service available by appointment only.	$20 for 30 minutes* up to 5 miles from your home.** *Over 30 minutes, add $5 for each additional 15 minutes. **Over 5 miles add $.50 for each additional mile.
Multiple Hounds	We can walk your family of hounds!	$10 per walk/hike/run for each additional dog.

Holiday Rates

AK Happy Hounds is closed on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day Weekend
• July 4th
• Labor Day Weekend
• Thanksgiving Weekend (Nov 24-25)
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

However we are happy to walk your dogs on the holidays per special request. An additional fee of $10/walk will be charged for each holiday.

Rescued Dog Discount

We love rescued dogs! We offer a one-time "free 30-minute walk" to new clients whose hound was adopted from a shelter or pet rescue organization. In order to qualify new clients must sign up for a min. of 1 week of a walking service and provide proof of adoption.

Homemade Dog Treats

With your permission, AK Happy Hounds occasionally provides homemade dog treats as part of our service. Our treats are also available to purchase for special hound occasions such as birthdays! For more information about these goodies, give us a yelp at 907-336-1099.
