Distance Education

Technology and advancing knowledge require a knowledgable and well-trained profession to manage information. As a field, librarianship is constantly changing. There are programs and courses available through distance education, from non-credit to master's level.

Distance education can be a good method for acquiring a master's degree, acquiring a new skill, or continuing professional development. Programs are available through colleges and universities, and through professional organizations.
