CAPR 35-5, 1 May 1996, is supplemented as follows:

This publication applies to units and members of the Alaska Wing CAP.

Section c, Paragraph 15. Add the following:

a. Initial promotion to officer grades based on current of prior military service will require a photo copy of the

    members DD 214, military identification card or promotion orders showing the grade requested. Promotion

    requests will be rejected by the Director of Personnel, Alaska Wing Headquarters, or the Alaska Wing

    Headquarters Promotions Board if copies of the supporting documentation are not attached with the request.
