This publication applies to units and members of the Alaska Wing CAP.

 

17b. The Authority for the award of Service and Activity Ribbons is hereby delegated to Alaska Wing Squadron

    Commanders. Authority is also granted to Flight Commanders who directly report to the Alaska Wing

    Headquarters. See CAPR 39-3, attachment 1 for a list of Service and Activity Ribbons.
