OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL AIR PATROL OWNED VEHICLES

 

CAPR 77-1, 1 September 1993, is supplemented as follows:

 

This publication applies to units and members of the Alaska Wing CAP.

Paragraph 8d. Add the following :

 

d. Major repairs to CAP vehicles must have the prior approval of the Wing Transportation Officer or designated

    representative. Three estimates must be made before the Wing Transportation Officer of Designated

    representative can approve repairs. Reimbursement will be based on an invoice from an authorized repair

    shop. Individuals who violate this supplement may be held responsible for the incurred costs. Any parts

    attached to or work done on a CAP vehicle by a Cap member becomes of the vehicle and will be considered

    a tax deductible contribution of Civil Air Patrol.
