                     Alaska Wing Alcohol Policy

1.  This memorandum is to state the wing policy regarding the consumption of alcohol by members of the Alaska Wing.  Whether or not to drink alcoholic beverages is of course a personal decision.  It becomes a concern of the Wing only to the extent that our corporation may be exposed to the risk of legal liability.

2.  It is the policy of this Wing that no alcohol shall be stored or consumed in or on any Civil Air Patrol property at any time, including without limitation hangars, offices, meeting rooms, aircraft, or vehicles.

3.  There shall be no deviation from this policy without the prior written permission of the Wing Commander.
