SUBJECT: Policy Letter No. 30
Alaska Wing Aircraft 100 Hour and Annual Inspections
1. This policy letter outlines new procedures for when Corporate Aircraft are due for 100 hour and annual inspections. This policy is intended to facilitate aircraft return to service/ squadron in a timely fashion by giving maintenance advance notice of anticipated repairs and needed components.
2. The following is to take effect immediately:
a. A corporate aircraft that is at10 hours from the100 hour inspection or at one month from the annual, the squadron must send a squawk list to the maintenance facility by the most expeditious manner, ie- e-mail, FAX, etc.
b. Squadrons not complying with this policy will not have a replacement aircraft provided them, and their primary aircraft with take less precedence to those that are in compliance.
3. There shall be no deviation from this policy without the prior permission of the Wing Commander or his designee.
