MEMORANDUM FOR CAP/AK WING SQUADRONS

SUBJECT: Alaska Wing Policy No. 8

                   Pilot Records

1. In accordance with CAPR 60-1, para. 2-9, unit commanders will maintain a file on each active CAP pilot assigned to their unit, and check pilot records must be duplicated and kept current at the Wing Stan/Eval Office.

2. Additionally, Wing HQ still needs to track Mission Pilot and aircraft currencies. Therefore, squadrons will fax/deliver copies of completed CAP Form 5 and Form 91’s to Wing HQ (completed aircraft questionnaires do not need to be sent).

3. The Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for this policy is Stan/Eval. If you have questions or suggestions regarding this policy, please contact the OPR.
