AWS Announces New Mid-Day Training Group
Alaska Winter Stars (AWS) has decided to offer mid-day workouts this 2009-10 ski season. The 1-hour workouts will start at 12:00 Noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be coached by AWS head coach Jan Buron. Workout locations will be chosen based on convenience to the participants. The first 9-week session will run November 3 through December 31.
A second session 9-week session will run January through March 4. Each session will cost $200. Alaska Winter Stars (AWS) is one of the most successful junior and masters ski club in the nation. Whether you’re a first-time skier or a ranked masters athlete, coach Jan Buron can help you reach your goals. Each athlete will get individual attention and coaching.
