Generation One

Patrick HENDRICK; born 1819 at Ireland; married Ellen DONAHUE 23 Oct 1842 at Auburn, NY. He It appears from the research, Patrick and Ellen came to the U.S. from Ireland. They may have come with their parents. They were married in Auburn, NY and moved from there after 1850 to Wisconsin, eventually settling in Hubbard Township, Dodge County. Mary Hendrick Kramer's obituary lists her sisters by their married names: one I haven't associated with a first name is Mrs. Eugene Carroll. Children of Patrick HENDRICK and Ellen DONAHUE were as follows:

2 i. Patrick HENDRICK Jr; born 2 Jan 1844 at Auburn, NY; baptized 31 Jan 1844; died before 1860.

3 ii. Mary Ellen HENDRICK, born 27 Mar 1845 at Auburn, NY; married Franz Henrich KRAMER.

4 iii. John HENDRICK; born 12 Jan 1847 at Auburn, NY.

5 iv. Ellen HENDRICK; born 1850 at New York; married George CUNNINGHAM 17 Sep 1876 at Dubuque, Dubuque, IA. I find no baptismal record for Ellen in Holy Family, Auburn NY records. They must have moved shorly after her birth.

6 v. Theresa HENDRICK, born Feb 1850 at Wisconsin; married Patrick J. FLAHIFF.

7 vi. Elisabeth HENDRICK; born 1854 at Wisconsin. in the 1870 U.S. Census, Elisabeth is a domestic servant in the home of the Bushnells in Hubbard. P.60.

8 vii. Sarah F. HENDRICK; born 4 Feb 1857 at Horicon, Dodge, WI; baptized 10 Aug 1857. He Only Sarah and her mother were living together in the 1870 U.S. Census. P.66.

Generation Two

Mary Ellen HENDRICK born 27 Mar 1845 at Auburn, NY; baptized 27 Mar 1845 at Auburn, NY; married Franz Henrich KRAMER, son of Herman Henrich KRAMER and Maria Catharina KROGMANN, 16 Jul 1868 at Beaver Dam, Dodge Co., WI; died 20 Jun 1910 at Dyersville, Ia, at age 65. She The Registration of Marriage shows the name as Mary Hendrick. Married to Francis Kraemer, a farmer from Horicon, WI who was born in Germany. The ceremony was performed by Father Tresseder. Witnesses were Michael Gavin and Ellen Hendrick. At the bottom of this record is the annotation: cc 5-22-77 B. Donovan. This record is from a LDS film of county records. The 1870 U.S. Census lists a Michael Gavin family (p.64). He is 55 and born in Ireland. Children of Mary Ellen HENDRICK and Franz Henrich KRAMER were as follows:

6. Theresa HENDRICK born Feb 1850 at Wisconsin; married Patrick J. FLAHIFF. She In the 1870 U.S. Census, Theresa is a domestic servant in the home of the Ballupda family in Hubbard. P.52. Children of Theresa HENDRICK and Patrick J. FLAHIFF were as follows:

18 iii. Elizabeth Ann FLAHIFF; born Mar 1883; married Joseph FORTMANN 6 Oct 1914 at Farley, Dubuque, IA.
