The Alaska Polka Chips (Bio)

This Band has been a performing throughout Alaska for over 28 years, as well as touring and performing across the Lower 48, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Hailing from a Family Tree of musicians originating in Minnesota, The Alaska Polka Chips Band has performed at weddings, street dances, governor's balls, church fundraisers, school dances and for the Pope,- during his visit to Alaska.

Led by Marge Ford, recipient of the 2002 International Polka Hall of Fame Award, this great band obviously loves what they do, do it well and have, so far, recorded seven albums, enabling their fans to share the music and songwriting talents of the Band with family members and friends. The group is able to display their versatility through their music.
