CENTER LAUNCHES MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN



With the goal of a 20% increase, the Anchorage Senior Activity Center will kick-off a giant Membership Campaign on July 29th. . The theme of the campaign is: "'Tis The Season: Choose Your Reason(s) To Join or Renew." Chief Administrator, Cathy Lee, reports, "The center is truly a resource for the entire community, serving seniors and Anchorage residents of all ages. Now, we have memberships available for all ages as well as for Businesses in our community. The purchase of a membership is an investment in the future of Anchorage." The campaign kick-off will take place in conjunction with the Center's Fourth Annual Open House. Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM. The fun-filled event will feature refreshments, tours, demonstrations, prizes and more.

A new category of membership that allows businesses to demonstrate support of the center, a Business Membership, will be introduced. Hagen Insurance and Plethora Designs Day Spa & Boutique are the first to join the Center as business members. Also, due to the wealth of programs, catering, classes, and activities available at the center, Associate Memberships are increasingly popular for persons under 55 years of age The campaign runs through December so Join or Renew now. Benefits include a monthly subscription to the Senior Borealis Newsletter and discounts on activity fees.: Applications forms can be copied from the ASAC Website or phone: 907-258-7823.
