The below process is to help you articulate a clear vision, to help you state your intended outcome and expectations and state what you are willing to do as a team member or ministry leader. Share this with your team, it will help them and you understand the mission of this project/ministry.

Where would I like to see this project/ministry go?

Example: I would like to see this project/ministry increase our contact base by 35% over the next 48 month's.


What are the results I am committed to?
