Alaska USA Wrestling is proud to be once again hosting the largest wrestling tournament in Alaska!!!  

This years tournament will feature the Triple Crown of wrestling Folkstyle, Greco-Roman and Freestyle!!

We will once again be featuring a Tournament shirt and request all teams and individual wrestlers send there wrestlers rooster to Kim Ottum by April 6, 2011 to be included on the t-shirts. Please e-mail this rooster to Kim at kim@adialaska.com. It is important to turn in these names ASAP!

Please note this is roster is used for the shirts only and is not a replacement for the entry forms.

Dear Alaska USA Wrestling Clubs:

Alaska USA Wrestling is proud to announce the Annual General Membership meeting. We welcome and encourage all members to participate. The meeting will take place on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union, Palmer, AK. We have chosen this location because of teleconference capabilities, which will allow those members an opportunity to participate that are unable to travel. If you will be attending via teleconference please contact Ed Gravley @ 907-745-9108.

The main order of business will be the election of Board member positions for terms that have expired. Nominations for Board members will be accepted at the meeting. We would like to have as many nominees as possible, so please bring the names of any individuals who would like to serve on the Board of Directors to help this organization grow.

Each club in good standing will be allowed one voting representative although any members who wish to attend are welcome. Clubs should be prepared to pay the annual club sanction fee of $50 at or before this meeting in order to vote. Any outstanding fees due to Alaska USA Wrestling should be paid at this time.

All members are also welcome to attend the Board of Directors meeting that is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the same day.

We will be sending a meeting agenda next week. If you would like to add anything or want to be included on the agenda, please let me know!!

Instructions for Pre-Registration

Go to www.trackwrestling.com, select Alaska in the drop down box for state, then click the go button at the top of the page next to "Quick Search". You can then select the tournament you wish to register for and then click the enter button on the lower right side of the screen.
