Webcast Center "Fine Print"

(1) When we post the INTENTION of being able to offer a webcast, that does not guarantee that the webcast will actually end up being available -- because there are always possibilities for technical problems with recording, processing, etc.  IF pledges have been made for a program we INTEND to offer, but then are subsequently UNABLE to offer, NONE OF THOSE PLEDGES WILL BE BILLED.  No billing takes place until the audio has been fully processed and posted.

(2) We cannot guarantee compatibility of the audio files with every computer on the planet.  The technology we use is very basic and user friendly to maximize compatibility with virtually any computer, browser, or media player.  HOWEVER, there's always a chance that this won't work on someone's particular machine.  PLEASE NOTE -- COMPUTER INCOMPATIBILITY IS NOT GROUNDS FOR PLEDGE REFUNDS.

(3) In order to maximize the available space for programs, we use state of the art technology to provide the best sound quality possible in the smallest space (which also, by the way, makes it easier for you to hear the program smoothly without buffer issues or other such performance complications).  However, while every effort will be made to see that every webcast is CLEAR, listenable, and up to accepted broadcast standards, different folks may have different definitions of what is or isn't "quality" audio.  PLEASE NOTE -- USER DISSATISFACTION WITH AUDIO QUALITY IS NOT GROUNDS FOR PLEDGE REFUNDS.
