2007 Annual Sale & Show
"Kodiak in Stitches"

  • This year's show was very successful. Thanks to Sandy Peotter and Kate Loewen the two chairwomen who deserve much praise for making this year's show such a huge success. They reported that 29 members assissted with the show's production. 245 members of the public and 37 Guild Members voted for their favorites in the various categories.

  • Thanks to all members who sold Raffle Quilt tickets. We also thank David Horn for his assistance in moving standards, and the use of his large truck to display the sign advertising the show out front of the Auditorium. We also thank the Kodiak High School Baseball team for helping to move the standards and set up the quilts.

Samplers were popular due to the Schoolhouse Sampler class.


Bettye Pyler created a unique sampler.
Batik fabric makes this applique halibut very striking.
