Kodiak Bear Paw Quilters2006 Annual Show & Sale |

The Kodiak Bear Paw Quilters Guild held the thirteenth annual Quilt Show and Sale on October 7th and 8th in the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium Foyer. The colorful quilts proved to be a striking contrast to the nasty weather conditions we experienced throughout the weekend. This year the show cases were available to display quilt related themes. Everyone enjoyed socializing while viewing the endeavors of out talented quilters. Winners and photos are listed below. The show included 64 quilts for sale and 20 for view, ranging in size from small wallhangings to king-size. We also had 25 pieces in the Silent Auction area. Our usual bazaar table was popular, allowing the customers to immediately take home any purchases, including our new Quilters' Quisine cookbook. Sample recipes may be found on the Recipe Page.
