Cancellation Policies

 cancellation policy... just call us by 9AM three days before you need to cancel, 

and we waive any fees

(7 days for more than one room)

(30 days if you take the whole house)

 

 Please be sure of the dates you need before reserving your room(s).

We will be turning others away, while holding the rooms for you.

If you cancel less than requested times (as above) there will be a $25 cancellation fee per room held.

Nowadays people do not book at the last minute,

and a cancellation less than 

3 days prior to a reservation for one room

(or 7 days on reservations of multiple days or multiple rooms)

NO CALL & full price of one night’s lodging shall be charged on your credit card.

 

 We are not a motel. We do not over book.  

If you reserve a room at Blessing House B&B... you have a room "for sure"

Any reservations made prior to February need to be reconfirmed by April, however.

  In any case, if the room can be re-rented, we do not charge,

so the sooner you let us know of a change of plans the better!

Groups' Cancellation Policy for 2008

Price for whole house Blessing House as a day rental up to 10 people is $500 per day plus 6% bed tax

Add on people above 10 would be at $15/day/person; however is discouraged since the house is 'full' at 10 people total  Consider a vacation rental if you need more rooms

For more than one room, we would need a 7 day cancel policy, as people do not book on short notice, and otherwise the house would not likely be re-rented. 

If the whole house is rented, we need a 30 day cancellation time, for there to be no cancellation fee. 

Summer Group Deposit:

30% prepaid deposit is needed to hold the whole house.

(non-refundable deposit either by credit card or mailing of a personal check or cashier's check 60 days in advance) 

Deposit for off season groups:

For several rooms and several days would be a 20% non refundable deposit.  Off season rate for the whole house is $400 per day and does not include continental breakfast:  use of kitchen, however.
