Regarding your comments on mono

"Mono when it is bad, involves the liver, spleen, and musculoskeletal system.

When I had it, my skin was yellow, my nails turned black, I could not walk on my own power. My tonsils were swollen out to the middle of my throat and I had alot of trouble swallowing food." CFS discussion forum member

The yellow skin, issues with spleen, liver and swollen glands are things that could be part of the chemical exposure I've been sharing on.

Of course, I don't know whether this would be the case for you; and I'm not suggesting such, I'm just saying the fatigue of autoimmune red blood cell damage might also be part of the picture for some with these symptoms.  Whether related to mono or other conditions.

liver, spleen, and musculoskeletal system also part of 'the package' of the harm of this particular chemical.

And recently I've come to believe that we are dealing primarily with an autoimmune situation.  One gulf war vet shared that he had bacteria in his blood.  I didn't realize a year ago when he told me that ... that it could be because .... and this could also be the reason when someone gets sick, they get so very sick.

Also, the chemical exposure that I'm talking about usually looks like the 'flu' such as this young woman shared with me

I have permission from Alex's family to share her story, too

I was wondering whether or not it might be an autoimmune disease,
prior to becoming cancer ... (possible?)

I was checking into it and I think it may be

Also, since normally it isn't caught until advance stages,
maybe there could be an extra urine test that would alert families?
