"I opened a deer processing plant last fall in Leesburg, Ga. he sent me a 7 inch boning knife and a 9 inch boning knife with super flexible blades and told me to use them all season and let him know how they worked. We never had to do anything to those knives all season except touch them up on a ceramic steel. Try that with anything else out there!!!!! I have sold several of these knives for him to fishermen in the area and they say the same thing. They are not going to catch enough fish to get these knives dull, period.!!!!!"
