AP/IB Chemistry
Welcome to the challenge of advanced placement and international baccalaureate Chemistry. This page contains useful information for students in Ms Olito's AP/IB Chemistry classes. If you are looking for general information about these classes, check out the syllabus.
The goal of this class is to cover the first year of college-level general chemistry in enough depth so that all students will be successful on both the annual AP and the IB higher level examinations in May. Our schedule is very optimistic, and I have built in three weeks for review before the examinations. For a more detailed view of the daily topics, class activities, lab investigations, and homework check out the bi-weekly calendars below. The most current date will give you the plan for the 2 weeks beginning on that date. I have left the previous year's calendars so that you may check to see where we are going.
What's your grade? Grades will be available through Zangle this year. These will be updated after each weekend when time permits in class.
