Vicente Peņa is the owner & manager of Hotel Peņamar in Rincon de Guayabitos, Nayarit, Mexico. Today is August 10, 2004. I am just now finding out about this person and his environmental work throughout Jaltemba Bay.
Well, better late than never, as they say.
I have known that there were efforts in our area that aim to encourage the local population of sea turtles. The local energy behind this project is Vicente Peņa.
