ORCA -T - 25 miles - Mountain or Road/Touring Bike

This ride is a good training run with a couple of nice climbs that get your heart rate up. From the ORC, go out the Post Road gate and follow Post Road to Whitney Road to the dam across Ship Creek. Ride the walkway across Ship Creek, then wind around to the train station. Here we go up the hill to 2nd Ave and the beginning of the Coastal trail. Ride the Coastal trail south past Westchester Lagoon and on to Pt. Woronzof. Turn here and head back to Westchester Lagoon. At the lagoon, head east on the Chester Creek trail to Goose Lake. Turn at Goose Lake, go back west on the Chester Creek trail to the lagoon, then back onto the coastal trail south to Ship Creek, Whitney Road, Post Road and back in the Post Road gate to the ORC.
