Chef George created this seasoning in his first gourmet dinner house. This is a tried and proven seasoning.
This excellent seasoning can be used on beef, pork, chicken, moose, caribou and bear. To be added before, during or after preparing your favorite meal. It is especially good as a dry rub on prime rib and on steaks. Use it on all your BBQ, meat loaf, gravy, spaghetti or any dish that has meat in it.
