This excellent seasoning can be used on beef, pork, chicken, moose, caribou and bear. To be added before, during or after preparing your favorite meal. It is especially good as a dry rub on prime rib and on steaks. Use it on all your BBQ, meat loaf, gravy, spaghetti or any dish that has meat in it.
