Here's a picture showing the back hoe operator finishing up the asphalt removal. The operator was very careful to keep the asphalt separate from the dirt underneath so they could recycle the asphalt.
The orange lines left and right are the limits of the excavation. The fill will go 1' beyond each edge of the finished driveway. The yellow line shows where our natural gas line crosses the driveway.
