Kris and I drove from our hotel about 45 minutes to Chassin in northern St. Lucia to ride ziplines in the rain forest. Ziplines are steel cables suspended between trees that allow riders to slide down the line on a pulley.

We rode the tram in this photo up to the top of a mountain to access the ziplines, then rode 11 different spans through the forest.
