Back of InfoKey Cover

Here's the back of the InfoKey with the cover installed. Heavy thread is used to secure the cover to the InfoKey. I used a needle to pull thread through eight places — at each corner of the tabs — then tied the ends together tightly. I kept the thread about 1/8" from the edge to avoid tearing the cover material.

The foam extends far enough beyond the back that if the InfoKey fell flat on its back, the tab ends would be the first thing to hit the floor. The tabs still allow mounting the InfoKey on the i2 control shaft. Although it is more convenient to remove the protective cover first, it can be left in place while removing or installing the InfoKey's mounting adapter and battery cover.
