This series details how to make a cover for your Segway i2 InfoKey. At the end of the series, I provide a pattern for download so you can make your own InfoKey cover.
A friend of mine carries an i2 InfoKey in his pocket along with other items. An unfortunate result is that the InfoKey display window has become scratched by the other items. Even worse, he accidentally dropped the InfoKey from about two feet. The display cracked and is now unreadable. To ward off both problems, I've manufactured an InfoKey cover to protect the display against scratches and to guard against damage from falls. The picture on this page shows the finished result. The cover is made from closed-cell neoprene foam rubber laminated with fabric and the cover window is clear vinyl plastic.
