About time
Ok. So I guess it's about time I post again. Between running the older 2 kids where they need to be, serving in Relief Society and on the Coast Guard Family Association Board, and chasing the 2 little ones, I don't have much free time these days! But of course, I wouldn't have it any other way.
We are all doing well here, and recovering from the latest bout of nasty colds. Brian is doing well in his new job as Chief, and we are all proud of him. He has Cheif's initiation (yeah, kind of like a frat thing) coming up the end of the month, with a dinner on the 28th to celebrate his achievement. Luckily there are 7 other guys going through it with him, so he isn't all alone in his initiation stuff.
Here is a picture of John Hawkins and I pinning on his Anchors at the all-hands meeting where they recognized his advancement, with the CO, Commander Mike Gardiner looking on.

We were blessed to be able to go to Anchorage over spring break. (Ok, we had a lot of doctor's appointments, but still managed to have some play time) We took the kids, and Suzanna and JJ out to Big Lake for some snow machine fun. The kids had a great time driving the machine as well as snow board "surfing" and sledding behind it. Enjoy the latest pictures!

Chip got to drive too!

Even Katrina got in on the fun!

I'll try to get some other pictures of the blue jays from my back yard, as well as some eagle pictures I took posted here soon. But since Katrina is helping me type, I think I'll stop for now!
