think about it.
As I'm sure you have found by now, we live in Alaska. For the very first time, I will get to have an Alaskan garden this year. If you're a net junkie like I am, you've probably found that you don't need to buy books anymore except for reading enjoyment! I am from the South originally and Alaskan gardening, aka Northern gardening, is completely new to me. I have begun to put some pages on my new gardening adventure and I plan on providing other new northern gardeners with links to help them as they have helped me. We were in the military and there are quite a few people who are in the same predicament as myself. Check out what I have worked on so far by clicking here!
If you've seen our old pages... which btw, won several awards... (after I lost my old ISP of course), then you probably know that I am a Christian homeschooling mom. My old pages are still up and are loaded with resources. I don't plan on putting them up here though. There are plenty of great homeschooling pages out there and for me that work is done. Sorry if you're disappointed.
Now about navigation. In order to cut back on graphic load time, if you look at the bottom of the pages, you'll see links to certain parts of each section in this site. You'll get the hang of it, but just be sure you check the bottom. Each section will have several pages and I think it will be easy to get around. At least I hope so. If you want to contact me about any feedback please feel free to do so. My email address is booboobear_ak@hotmail.com. If you're from newsgroups you may find my name familiar. Or not... but I do post in the newsgroups every now and then.
For my family I suppose I'd better put a little note here about my name. Yes, my name is Cindy but it's also Denise. My family calls me Denise and sometimes aren't aware that I'm also called Cindy and the same goes for my friends. They know me as Cindy and don't necessairily know that I am also called Denise. It has led to some rather funny and unusual circumstances, but there it is. Cynthia Denise is my name and I use both. ;-)
