Your hostess, Joyce Beelman, a 32-year Alaskan, welcomes you into her comfortable, bright, ultra-clean Cape Cod style home. Guests say it is the perfect home base after a day of touring the Fairbanks area.

You will find us on a cul-de-sac in a lovely west Fairbanks residential area surrounded by spruce trees. Enjoy our deck in summer under the midnight sun and in winter watch the Northern Lights or see moose browse in our yard.

Enjoy our gourmet Continental breakfast with lots of extras; tea or coffee and treats are available any time in our sunny dining room…or go outside through our French doors onto our spacious deck.

Our comfortable family room has an Alaskana library and video collection. Internet access/wireless internet and laundry facilities (for a nominal fee) are also available upon request.

Located in a quiet flower-filled residential area close to the University of Alaska and 10 minutes from downtown, the neighborhood is excellent for jogging and biking. Nearby attractions include the historic Chena Pump House Restaurant, University Museum, Airport, Pike's Landing, Riverboat Discovery, Pioneer Park, MuskOx farm and Malemute Saloon.
