This two bedroom, two bath, fully furnished condo is located in the middle of the beautiful Waikaloa Village Golf course. On a clear day Maui is visible above the clouds and you can see the observatory on Mauna Kea Mountain. There are two pools, each with a hot tub surrounded by lush tropical plants. A quick walk brings you to the Waikaloa Community pool, baby pool, club house, restaurant, tennis courts and golf course. At the entrance to Elima Lani is a quaint shopping center complete with a modern food market, ice cream stand, bank, pharmacy, beauty salon and gas station. This condo is only ten minutes from several beautiful beaches. The Hilton Waikaloa Village is just down the hill, where you will find dolphin shows, wonderful artwork, waterfront dining and gift shops. In addition there is a Heliport for an aerial view of the Island (especially the volcano) as well as a horse stable next door.

The Waikaloa Village Golf Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and the cost is only $50 day as our guests. Nearby are the championship golf courses at Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prince, and the Waikaloa Beach and Waikaloa Kings Courses. Some courses are available to the public for only $15 per day.

The town of Kona/Kailua is approximately 30 minutes away. Kona has snorkel beaches, dive companies, restaurants, art galleries, tourist shops, Walmart, K-Mart and Costco. The condo is 60 minutes from the town of Hilo on the other side of the Island. The drive takes you through a temperate zone, rainforest and out to the ocean. In Hilo you’ll find wonderful farmers markets, art shops and nice restaurants.

This condominium is located in the perfect spot for any of the fun things to do on the Island. And for those who just want to relax, there is enough to do right around the Village to keep you busy and your children happy!
