Fuel Station: A 24,000 gallon capacity, 4 tank farm w/ USCG and DEC approved spill prevention and recovery plans, containment reservoirs and equipment. 

Taxes:           No Real Estate Taxes but there is a 4% sales tax

Utilities:         Electrical generation & distribution system including a 220 KVA and a 150 KVA generators, transformers, heat recovery system, professionally installed.  Backup power to the lodge is provided by Inside Passage Electric Coop (IPEC), private DEC approved water & septic systems.

Access:         Fly into Juneau, Alaska then take a short flight to the Angoon Airport then take the ferry over to Killisnoo Island or by one of lodge boats.
