Ordering: Please email me with your bead style selections, color choices and size requirements. I will be happy to discuss available options with you. I will confirm your order by return email and provide you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping: Shipping is by first class surface mail, charged at $1.75 or by USPS Priority Mail, charged at $3.75. Insurance is available at prevailing USPS rates. I will provide confirmation of insured mailing, but cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States will be shipped at USPS international rates. These shipments may be subject to customs inspection and tariff.

Payment Options: Symphony Glassworks accepts personal, business and cashier's checks, money orders and most major credit cards. Payments by credit card or by certified funds ship within 24 hours of receipt. Payments by personal or business check tendered by new clients may be held for five to seven business days.

Returns and Exchanges: If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund of the merchandise price. In the event that you are not pleased with your purchase, please notify me within 10 business days of receipt of your order for exchange or refund.
