| Favorite pizza: | When I'm not eating my face out at the Moose's Tooth Pizzaria
and Brewery, i'm making a quickie Greek-style: Take 1 pizza crust (Boboli if you like) and brush it with Extra-virgin Olive oil. Rub with garlic. liberally sprinkle with Fresh feta, parmesian, and romano cheeses, fresh basil, oregano. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melting, but not browned. Place sliced sun-dried, or fresh roma tomatos on top, and again sprinkle with cheeses and herbs. Place in oven on lowest rack and broil until chesse turns a light brown. Enjoy! |
