Click on this weeks feature and read a recent interview with that gorgeous leader of the Blackhearts, Joan Jett. The archives on this page also hold interviews with such interests as Pat Benatar and the Squirrel Nut Zippers. The bonus feature this week contains an interview with Marlon Wayans that tell of his involvement in the Batman movies, and how he was paid for no work after directors decided they wanted a white man to play Robin. Hmm. Careful though, that picture of Joan Jett can take a bit to download.

Although The Onion doesnt tell you anything about its history on its web pages, Ive heard that it is a real entertainment magazine out of Madison, Wisconsin. There, it is still currently published, and quite popular in the college scene. The warning at the top of the page tells you that the contents are not recommended for people under 18. You also need Netscape Navigator 2.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher to view this magazine. Sorry.

My only complaint about this website is the cartoons under Red Meat and Savage Love. They took a while to load and then not only did you not get to see a full first frame, but you had to scan across to view stuff. This is a pain for a four frame cartoon and not really worth it, but I have yet to see an affective placement of cartoons on a web magazine. These little pictures just werent funny enough for the hassle.
