Just minutes from the airport we are conveniently located in the heart of Fairbanks' activities. We are a short half block walk from Pioneer Park and the renowned Alaska Salmon Bake. Nearby bike paths take you in all directions of the community. Summer canoe rentals from the Park allow you to float the Chena River to local riverfront dining and entertainment. Spend the evening under the midnight sun fishing grayling from the back yard. During the winter you will be conveniently located to sporting activities such as UAF hockey, Top of the World Classic Basketball Tournament and curling bonspiels to name a few. You will be within minutes from local businesses, medical facilities and the University of Alaska campus.
