With Juneau being Alaska's Capital City, the ministry of members
of St. Brendan's and the Church of the Holy Trinity, the other
Episcopal church in Juneau, often extend far beyond the City and
Borough of Juneau. Legislation passed and day-to-day administrative
decisions made often affect the lives of people all over Alaska
and beyond. Hence the honesty, integrity and faithfulness of church
people about their daily work have an effect out of all proportion
to their number.
Furthermore the work of Episcopalians on behalf of all Alaskans
often takes them on trips to the far reaches of the Diocese with
opportunities to serve and share and be enriched by the faith
of those in other parts of this great State.
A glance at some vocations which have been exercised by Juneau
