A. Students in 4th grade are expected to follow all the rules of the classroom and school. A detailed list of school rules are in the student handbook. The office has copies of the handbook if you need one.

When a rule is broken in class, a brief conference with the student is held to explain the rule and it's purpose. Next time the cards start being used. Each student has a pocket full of colored cards on the wall. If a rule is broken, he or she is told to "Pull a card." The student then takes the card in front and moves it to the back of their stack. Each card has a consequence too.

Cards by color

Green

Yellow
A Warning. Still a chance for Fun Friday
Orange
