We guarantee that all prints will be in mint condition when shipped to you. If they do get damaged while shipping we will replace them, otherwise we have a NO RETURN policy. We will not replace or take back prints that have been damaged by bending, fingerprints, children, animals or acts of god.

Paper prints are a very delicate product. Once you receive your prints, we recommend that you frame it right away. It will protect it from aging, UV, dust and fingerprints. Do not take the the prints out of the mailing tube until you are actually ready to frame it. Use cotton gloves to take out your prints, it will prevent you form leaving fingerprints (if you don't have gloves, use clean white cotton cloth).
