150/146/A

The "Baby Swamps"  can  take a 1994-1997 PSD's from 175 to over 325 rwhp. The first test truck dynoed 265 rwhp with a Super Chips tuner; the second 312 with  a TS Performance chip, and the third 353 with custom tuning.
(All these trucks needed new clutches or transmissions within 2 weeks!)
Note that the performance gains with all modified injectors varies with the condition or output of the High Pressure Oil Pump. The HPOP is the single most important component on the engine in terms of power and performance.

175/173/A

A good choice for the owner who needs more power, but knows he doesn't want to get wild.  The 175/173 is a basic performance injector equivalent to, or slightly more powerful than what is often referred to as a "Stage 2". It is intended for trucks with an upgraded air intake, 3" turbine outlet pipew and a straight exhaust.  Best performance for all injectors is always obtained with the appropriate chip.

These injectors don't use any more high pressure oil than an "AD" split-shot injector.

$2250 w/split shot cores

275/226/B

These are intended as an entry-level injector for pullers and draggers, which can be upgraded to 395's at any time by installing 530 plungers and barrels. They require a big custom HPOP, not a factory pump.
More highly modified internally, extensive porting and flow enhancements.   The 275 series are some bad boys. They flow 275% more fuel than a stock single-shot injector, and 70% more than what's commonly called a Stage 2. In addition to the engine upgrades listed for the 175 series, a larger turbo such a Holset H2E or HX55, an electric fuel pump, head studs,  custom HPOP and a High- Voltage IDM are required.
This injector can be installed in engines without these upgrades, but full performance will not be obtained. However, they can be installed first, and then the other upgrades done later as time and money permit.

F*ME 250/173

Tired of hearing about the Mini-Me's? F* them with the F*ME's!

Head studs recommended.

355/290

The 300-400 series is for the professional drag racer and truck puller. They are not intended for use on street driven trucks. Twin turbos are not an option unless nitrous oxide is used.  These use the 7.1 mm plunger and barrel from the IH 530 injector and the 16 mm PSD piston.  The 395's and above require a custom high pressure oil pump.

C/250/xxx

If you have "Stage 2" or other injectors from another company, we can increase their flow rate up to 250 cc's.

(Typical Stage 2 injectors flow 140 to 160 cc's)

Split-Shot Injectors for 97 California models and 99+ Power Strokes:  Body Code AD, Part Number 1831551Cx. Note: Some late 96 CA models are split-shot.
For those looking for serious power, single shot injectors can be run in the late model trucks with our custom chip programs. You must have a 4-bank TS Performance, Bully Dog or Diesel Power Chip for us to reprogram it.
All Prices Include Brand New Nozzle Assemblies and Internal and External O-rings.

S/175/173

The AB injector used in the early-99's flow 120-140cc; the AD injector used in the late-99's flow 140-160cc. Either model can be upgraded to 175cc. Note that other companies "Stage 2" injectors do not flow any more fuel than stock--they just put on a larger nozzle. This gets the fuel out faster, but does not give you any more total fuel. Our 175's have both more fuel and a larger nozzle.

                                              Hybrid Split-Shots

These use 7.1mm 530 plunger and barrels with the 16mm PSD piston, just like the 250cc F*Me's do, but they are split-shot.

Injectors for the new 6.0 Power Strokes

We increase the flow rates of the injectors used in the new 6.0 Power Stroke engines from the stock rate of about 135 mm^3  up to 200 mm^3. The 229 nozzles are custom EDM'd for us by a shop that specializes in medical and aerospace-quality work. The fixture to hold and rotate the nozzles was built for us for the 6.0 nozzles, and it can also do the new DT466 and 570 nozzles as well. They use a microscopic video camera to precision align the EDM electrode with the axis and orientation of each individual hole in the nozzle. This costs twice the amount of typical nozzle EDM work, but we feel the results are worth it.

This is about the fuel limit with the stock turbo. Expect a 70-100 rwhp increase.

Notes: First 3 digits of model number is maximum flow rate, second 3 digits are nozzle size, the letter is the level of internal modifications. Higher letters indicate more modifications. An "S" before the first 3 numbers indicates a Split-Shot injector. A stock single-shot injector would be 98/146, stock split-shot S/120/146. Flow rates will be filled in as testing is completed. Price includes shipping via FedEx Ground.

HPOP = High Pressure Oil Pump, IDM = Injector Driver Module, MM^3 = Cubic millimeters of fuel per injector. Many injector flow benches measure the total fuel volume from 500 or 1000 injector shots. Multiply the MM^3 by 500 or 1000 to convert to CC's flow per 500 or 1000 shots. i.e., 160 MM^3 x 1000 = 160 CC's per 1000 count test, or 80 CC's per 500 count test.

Prices Do Not Include a Core Charge of $900. Please note that these prices are based on you returning a set of injectors in good working order. If the Plunger and Barrel assembly is scored or damaged, you will be charged $60 for each one. Nozzle condition is not important, because we install brand new nozzles in all our injectors except for the 150/146. Injectors are shipped without oil deflector spouts--you will need to install the ones from your injectors onto the new injectors.
