Now in our 92nd year, Petersburg Medical Center continues to serve the residents and guests of Petersburg with up-to-date, quality medical services.
Our primary care clinic, home health service and long-term care center are fully integrated with the acute care hospital. Emergency care is available 24 hours a day.
Owned by the City of Petesburg, the medical center is a charter member of the Alaska Small Hospital Performance Improvement Network (ASHPIN) and the Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association (ASHNHA).

Petersburg Medical Center is a critical access hospital with 12 acute care/swing beds. Our health care team provides compassionate and quality care to our inpatients and outpatients of all ages. Our nursing team is composed of RNs, LPNs and CNAs who strive to ensure that each of our patients receives the best care available, tailored to each patient specifically.
