Our primary care clinic, home health service and long-term care center are fully integrated with the acute care hospital. Emergency care is available 24 hours a day.
Owned by the City of Petesburg, the medical center is a charter member of the Alaska Small Hospital Performance Improvement Network (ASHPIN) and the Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association (ASHNHA).
We truly care about your health. This is your medical center, providing convenient, optimum health care in your home community.
Dietary

The goal of the Dietary Department is to serve attractive, flavorful and nutritious meals for our Long Term Care Residents and Acute Care Patients.
Our registered dietician assesses the individual needs of each resident to help the dietary staff provide nutritious meals as a key factor in their quality care.

The dietary staff takes care to make sure our residents are served foods they will enjoy. Special diets are accommodated as well as paying attention to personal likes and dislikes.
We have high standards for cleanliness and infection control and take pride in keeping the kitchen clean and prepared for frequent inspections by several regulatory agencies.
