Now in our 92nd year, Petersburg Medical Center continues to serve the residents and guests of Petersburg with up-to-date, quality medical services.
Our primary care clinic, home health service and long-term care center are fully integrated with the acute care hospital. Emergency care is available 24 hours a day.
Owned by the City of Petesburg, the medical center is a charter member of the Alaska Small Hospital Performance Improvement Network (ASHPIN) and the Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association (ASHNHA).

Laboratory
Petersburg Medical Center includes a Clinical Laboratory.
The laboratory is certified for licensure by CLIA.
Normal operating hours for the laboratory are Monday through Saturday from 0800-1700, excluding PMC holidays.
Emergency Services are available at all other times by on-call personnel.
