Microsoft Excel: Using Natural Language Formulas, Formula AutoCorrect, and Range Finder
Intuitively create formulas with Natural Language Formulas. These formulas are easier to understand, and easier for other people using the spreadsheet to figure out, without complex programming or cryptic cell references.
Formula AutoCorrect identifies 15 of the most common errors in creating formulas and recommends corrections for them. A dialog box appears, lets you know the correction has been made, and gives you the option of accepting or rejecting the change.
Learn how to use Range Finder to audit and correct formulas and ensure that you are charting the correct ranges. The Range Finder was designed to make it easier for users to visually identify what cells make up a formula or a chart. In addition, Range Finder frames are flexible and can be moved or dragged to change the formula or chart series.
