Linked Documents: Flow of Quarterly Grades Documents

On a quarterly basis (in this case the 1st quarter), the Report Card Workbook receives information automatically from work completion, behavior, job performance, academic subjects data, specialists, and other conduct and organization spreadsheets. Likewise, monthly paychecks are produced from the same sources of information (minus academic subject grade sheets).

Each Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that collects information for output to a hard copy report, sends that information to a publisher. This information then becomes available to Microsoft Word subscribers. Therefore, whenever any information is changed in any of the feeding spreadsheets, the end report is also changed.
