After all sources of income are computed, a flat tax rate of 15% is applied to the subtotal.

Students must validate the check portion at the bottom of the Pay Report by correctly writing the dollar amount in word form, detaching the check, and endorsing the back.

Students then add the dollar amount to the balance in their check registers. The SchoolTown bank requires students to present the completed check and check register before depositing the amount in the student's account.
