before the Superior Court.
- Represented at least five clients before the Alaska Supreme Court in
various appeals and petitions for review.
- Litigate cases involving the Indian Child Welfare Act, the Uniform
Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, the federal Parental
Prevention of Kidnapping Act and the Uniform Interstate Family
Support Act.
- Some Criminal Defense work (my last major case was a 19 day trial
defending, as co-counsel, eight counts of sexual abuse of a minor -

billing practices, supervising staff such as secretary and bookkeeper
and having a thorough knowledge of computer programs (word
processing, calendaring and spread sheets) and LAN / Internet

Class Petty Officer with Presidential Unit Commendation on my record
